All small orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Large orders are shipped LTL.

Damages & Shortages
All products are inspected for damage prior to leaving RuBee LLC's facility.
Damages and shortages should be reported to RuBee LLC or UPS within 2 days of delivery. The original packaging should be retained as the carrier may request an inspection.
Returns
All products with quality issues are accepted for repair or replacement if returned in the same packaging within 30 days, accompanied by an invoice.
Please contact RuBee LLC to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to sending the product. Without this RA number, merchandise will not be accepted.
All exchange items must be returned in the same condition as they were received (unworn, unwashed, and in original packing) or a 20% restocking fee will apply.
